In order to ensure the highest standards of fairness and transparency in the management of its activities, BizAway S.r.l SB has deemed it appropriate to adopt an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01. Together with the Code of Ethics, organizational procedures and other policies and provisions issued by the company, this model constitutes an appropriate structure to prevent the commission of crimes that could lead to corporate liability.
