Changing a flight used to mean contacting Customer Support, and waiting for someone else to process the request.

With our latest update, travelers can now modify eligible flight bookings directly from the BizAway platform, making one of the most common travel changes easier to manage.

This applies to eligible bookings from airlines available through our GDS network, including carriers such as Lufthansa Group, Air France - KLM, British Airways, Iberia, and many others.

A simpler way to change your flight

Travel plans change. Meetings get moved, schedules shift, and sometimes a different travel date simply makes more sense.

From their booking, travelers can select “Manage booking” and then “Modify your flight” to choose a new departure or return date, review the available alternatives, check any fare difference, and complete the change directly from the platform.

As part of the process, the new options may include different departure or arrival times, or even a different airline, depending on availability for the selected date.

What you can do

• Change the departure date of an outbound flight
• Change the return date of an inbound flight
• Modify one or both flight legs
• Compare available flight alternatives on the selected date
• Review any fare difference before confirming the change

More autonomy for travelers

Business travel rarely stays fixed from the moment it is booked.

By bringing flight modifications into the platform, travelers can manage eligible changes where their booking already lives. This reduces manual steps, gives travelers more autonomy, and helps them keep their trip up to date without opening a separate request.
